Welcome to The Sleep Workshop, sleep therapy provided by Theresa Ross.
We provide one-to-one, online or face-to-face, bespoke sleep therapy for children and adults to overcome their sleep difficulties and develop skills to maintain good sleep practice throughout life.

At The Sleep Workshop, we assess your sleep problem and help you choose the correct strategy for your situation.

At The Sleep Workshop, we understand that every individual is unique. We take time to understand your particular sleep difficulties and how best to support you make the changes and improvements to your sleep.

Once we have assessed your child's sleep, we work with you to design a tailored sleep plan that is acceptable to you and your child and provide weekly online support as you work towards improving your child's sleep.
